LV main distribution and containment
Main switch panels, sub-mains and distribution boards are the backbone of a commercial installation. We design them with the loads you have now and the ones coming: EV charging, heat pumps, solar and storage all change how a supply needs to be arranged.

Lighting design and LED upgrades
Lighting is often the largest electrical load in a commercial building and the quickest to cut. We design the layout and controls for the space, specify fittings that will still be supported in five years, and replace old fluorescent and halogen with LED.

Reliable networks start with the cabling. We install structured cabling, cabinets and fibre links alongside the power, so the data infrastructure is designed with the building rather than squeezed in afterwards.

Emergency lighting tests, PAT, the five-yearly EICR, solar inverter checks and charger firmware: a business has a calendar of electrical compliance whether anyone looks after it or not. A maintenance contract means we do, and you get one report and one point of contact.

Not every project needs us to install it. Architects, developers and facilities teams use our design service for schematics, load assessments and specifications, then either tender the work or have us build it. Either way the design is the same standard we use for our own jobs.

How a project runs
Three steps, one point of contact.
Step 1: Survey and design
We walk the site, take your drawings or a sketch, and produce the electrical design with a clear scope.
Step 2: Fixed price and programme
One price for the whole electrical package, sequenced with your shopfitter or main contractor around your trading hours.
Step 3: Delivered and certificated
First fix, second fix and commissioning by our own electricians, then the certificates and O&M pack for your landlord and insurer.

Can you run a fit-out from design to handover?
Yes. The Ducati Bournemouth dealership was a full power, lighting, data and EV charging fit-out designed by us and delivered to a fixed launch date with our partners CEF and Breeze.
Do you work around trading hours?
Yes. Phased and out-of-hours work is normal for us, and we plan shutdowns with you in advance.
Do you provide EICRs for commercial premises?
Yes, with remedials quoted from the same visit and planned maintenance contracts if you want the annual cycle taken care of.
Can you add EV charging and solar to a commercial building?
Yes. Fleet and customer charging bays, load management on a tight supply, and roof solar where the numbers work. The same team designs and installs all of it.
