We started Vanadium in Wimborne in 2020 with a simple frustration: getting solar or an EV charger designed and installed properly was far harder than it needed to be. So we hired the trades, wrote the software, and kept the phone number the same.

Make complexity simple
Solar, batteries, tariffs and grants are confusing. Our job is to turn them into one clear plan with real numbers, then deliver it.
Design from data
We built our own design and survey software because the industry’s satellite-based tools weren’t good enough. Every quote comes from a 3D model of your roof.
One team, start to finish
Sales, design, installation and compliance are all our own people. The only trades we bring in are scaffolding and roofing, from the same trusted partners we have worked with for years.
Fit what lasts
We only install hardware from manufacturers who keep supporting it: Tesla, Sigenergy, SolarEdge, Fox ESS and Easee. Less e-waste, fewer orphaned systems.

Our technology

Drone surveys, 3D roof models and hour-by-hour shading, built in-house.

Most installers design from a satellite image and a rule of thumb. We fly the roof, build a 3D model, check the structure, simulate shading through the year and size the system to your real usage and tariff. The same platform tracks your job from survey to handover, so you always know where it is.

The team

Seven people. No subcontracted sales, design or install.

The person who surveys your roof works alongside the people who design, install and sign off the system. Scaffolding and roofing are the only trades we bring in.
