A fit-out has a launch date and everything electrical has to be finished, tested and certificated before it. We design the distribution, lighting, data and charging together, sequence the work with your other trades and hand over with the paperwork complete.

From a sketch or an architect's drawing to a full electrical design, priced as a fixed sum.
Distribution
New or extended main distribution, sub-boards and containment sized for what the space will actually do.
Lighting
Display, office and external lighting with controls, designed for the space rather than a grid of panels.
Data and comms
Structured cabling, comms cabinets and Wi-Fi backbone, tested and labelled.
Emergency lighting
Escape-route and open-area emergency lighting designed, installed and certificated, with the test records set up for you.
EV and solar ready
Charging bays for customers, staff and fleet, and roof solar where the numbers work.
How we run it
Sequenced with your other trades.
We attend the pre-start, agree the programme with the main contractor or your shopfitter, and phase first fix, second fix and commissioning around ceilings, flooring and display installs. Out-of-hours and phased work in a trading building are normal for us.

Common questions.
Can you work from an architect's layout?
Yes. We take the layout, produce the electrical design and drawings, and price it as a fixed sum with a clear scope.
Do you handle building control and certification?
Yes. Electrical Installation Certificates, emergency lighting commissioning certificates, and the O&M information your landlord or insurer will ask for.
Can the shop stay open?
Usually. We plan shutdowns in advance and do the disruptive work out of hours.
